ABOUT

Dokken was one of the most successful American hard rock bands of the 80’s. Combining the characteristic voice of Don Dokken and the energetic and virtuous guitar of George Lynch, they were able to create songs with intense riffs like “Kiss Of Death” and “Power”, ballads like “Alone Again”, which made the group’s albums the best sellers of the style. Lps like “Tooth and Nail” and “Under Lock and Key” are still considered classics and appeared at the right time; the Heavy’s boom was huge and their first promotional videos had all the support of MTV.

In 1987, they were commissioned to create the theme song as well as a video clip for the film “Nightmare on Elm Street: dream warriors”, the third part of this successful teenage horror saga created in 1984 by the master of suspense Wes Craven. – Dokken Discography
